WSP USA seeks an experienced Technical Director, Traffic Engineering in New York to oversee a multi-office traffic practice. The role emphasizes project delivery, staff development, and client satisfaction for local and regional projects.

The ideal candidate leads multi-disciplinary teams, manages budgets and schedules, mentors staff, and contributes to technical proposals while advancing mobility and safety across New York State.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in traffic, ITS, safety planning, analysis, and design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in NY or able to reciprocity within 6 months.
• Experience with NYSDOT, MTA, and regional agencies.
• Proven proposal writing, client presentations, and project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project delivery, scope, budget, and schedule with stakeholders.
• Mentor staff and develop multi-disciplinary teams.
• Advance technical proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety policies.
• Coordinate with government agencies and clients on projects.
