Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Senior TPM leader in California to scale cross-functional program management across geographies and portfolios. You will set vision, governance, and playbooks, align Product and Engineering leadership, and drive initiatives from concept to delivery with measurable impact.

You will mentor TPMs, improve execution velocity and quality, and push automation and AI-enabled workflows. This role demands strategic influence and strong collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of related experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, product operations, or equivalent execution leadership.
• Experience at Director-level scope in a scaled software/SaaS/infra tech organization.
• Track record of leading large-scale engineering/TPM transformations across multi-team, multi-geography setups.
• Experience driving transformation with measurable improvements in execution velocity, quality, predictability, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale TPM strategy across geographies, product portfolios, and collaborator groups.
• Set the vision, operating model, execution of playbooks, governance mechanisms, and cadence for consistent program delivery.
• Improve velocity, stronger quality outcomes, clearer accountability, and business impact.
• Drive critical initiatives from conception through delivery by aligning Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and executive leadership.
• Transform the TPM organization by adopting AI-enabled workflows, data-driven insights, and robust operating models.
• Coach, mentor, and strengthen your team, including senior TPMs and TPM leaders, to become a strategic partner to Engineering and Product leadership.
