Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in software with TPM leadership in a large, matrixed tech org.
• Experience leading AI-native or cloud-native programs is required.
• Experience with Agile/Lean modern program management methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing program management organization across unified network access and network security.
• Set vision and standards for program management processes, tools, and governance.
• Drive end-to-end execution from requirements to delivery and launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and executives to align priorities.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure program effectiveness and improvement.
• Build and mentor a world-class TPM team and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Act as a change agent championing Agile, Lean, and AI-native approaches.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies proactively.
• Represent the group in cross-organizational forums and executive updates.
