Insight Global is seeking a senior technical program manager to lead hardware platform programs across data center, network, and infrastructure domains. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborating with engineering teams, partners, and stakeholders to ingest work into production deployments at scale.

The role emphasizes scaling AI practices, mentoring other TPMs, and driving roadmaps while coordinating across multiple locations and time zones.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software/systems/hardware engineering or technical program management.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows and enable AI-native practices.
Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
Ability to gather requirements, define scope, and work across multiple teams and time zones.
Strong communication with technical management to develop systems and products.

Responsabilités

Lead technical program management for next-generation hardware platforms across multiple domains.
Own end-to-end program success from inception to production deployment.
Develop scope, requirements, schedules, and deliverables with engineering teams and stakeholders.
