Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical programs, customer implementations, or enterprise deployments.
• Track record turning ambiguous goals into actionable plans with clear milestones.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer programs from pilot to production with clear success criteria.
• Ensure alignment between customer goals and engineering work through milestones and decisions.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, gaps, and issues with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve cross-functional blockers and tradeoffs to maintain program momentum.
