Wellesley College seeks a Director of Non-Discrimination Initiatives, Title IX Coordinator and ADA/Section 504 Coordinator to lead compliance, investigations, and training across the campus. The role reports to the President and collaborates with Human Resources and college leadership to maintain policies, review processes, and advance an inclusive, accessible community.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Title IX and related nondiscrimination laws.
• Ability to conduct or supervise investigations into discrimination and harassment.
• Experience developing and delivering training on discrimination and sexual misconduct.
• Knowledge of ADA/504 compliance and accessibility requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide information to students, faculty, and staff about rights and resources under Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, and ADA.
• Lead efforts to foster an inclusive campus climate and coordinate with campus partners.
• Conduct or coordinate training on nondiscrimination policies and grievance procedures.
• Collaborate with student life to support those affected by discrimination or misconduct.
• Ensure policies and practices comply with Title IX, Title VII, Title VI, ADA, and Section 504.
• As Title IX Coordinator, ensure compliance with federal and state laws and related acts.
• As ADA/504 Coordinator, monitor accessibility compliance and co-chair 504 Committee.
