Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, higher education administration, law, public administration, student affairs or related field required
• Eight to ten years of civil rights, Title IX, accessibility, investigations, compliance or related experience with leadership
• Experience overseeing complex investigations and advising senior leaders in higher education or regulated organizations preferred
• Title IX Coordinator/investigator training and relevant ATIXA, compliance or HR credentials preferred; required training must be maintained

Responsibilities

• Institutional Civil Rights, Title IX & Policy Governance: handle procedures, coordination, and records; ensure impartial handling of cases.
• Accessibility & ADA Coordination: oversee accessibility obligations and accommodation pathways campus-wide.
• Leadership & Partnerships: supervise compliance staff, advise executive leadership, coordinate with partners and prepare dashboards.
