Lesley University in Cambridge, MA seeks an Assistant Director of Equal Opportunity and Title IX, ADA/504 Coordinator to coordinate adherence to Title IX, ADA/504, and related laws. You will oversee investigations, provide guidance, and develop training to foster equity and safety across campus.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (master's/JD preferred) and at least five years of related experience, with strong communication and crisis-management abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (Master’s, JD).
• Minimum five years of related or transferable experience.
• Investigatory experience in handling discrimination, harassment or policy violations.
• Working knowledge of student, employee, civil rights, and legal issues facing universities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee investigations and resolution processes for discrimination, harassment, and policy violations while ensuring compliance with Title IX, ADA/504.
• Provide guidance and support to the University community; strengthen policies and response processes.
• Collaborate with campus partners to promote equity, inclusion, accountability, and a safe working environment.
