Job summary

Learfield Amplify is seeking a Director of Revenue Generation to lead ticket sales, donor acquisition, and related revenue streams. You will recruit, coach, and mentor staff while crafting and executing an annual plan to maximize attendance and group sales across home games.

You will partner with university marketing, vendors, and CRM teams to implement promotional initiatives and data-driven strategies for revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in sales in collegiate and/or professional sports.
• 2+ years in a ticket sales management role or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and written/verbal communication.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and hit sales goals.
• Experience with CRM and sales platforms (ACT, Salesforce, SSB, MS Dynamics, Conquer, Outreach).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue generation across ticket sales, donor acquisition, service, and premium experiences.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of revenue staff.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance.
• Develop and manage annual Revenue Generation plan and budget.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, and university marketing to drive attendance and revenue.
