Ohio University Athletics seeks a Director of Ticket Operations to oversee ticketing systems, allocate tickets, set up events, and coordinate with Learfield Amplify on sales strategies and pricing models.

The role manages revenues, budgeting, reporting, staff training, and donor-related ticketing activities, with supervision of student staff and emphasis on service for all athletic events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ticketing systems and daily operations for all athletic events.
• Manage ticket allocation, event setup, digital ticketing and parking products.
• Collaborate with Learfield Amplify on ticket sales strategies, pricing models, and revenue initiatives.
• Provide system training and support donor/membership ticketing functions.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student ticket operations staff.
