Edgewater Woods and Waters Edge Village are now hiring a Director of Therapy

This position is open to licensed Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.

The Director of Therapy is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the ASC Therapies & Wellness Department to ensure the highest quality of care for patients, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. This includes communication across all levels of the center, oversight of safety, sanitation, infection control, management of equipment and supplies, safeguarding residents' rights, budgeting, planning, customer service, compliance, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supervising employees within the therapy & wellness department, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions.
2. Ensuring departmental compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
