Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to enhance the customer experience by identifying critical needs and delivering optimal pharmaceutical healthcare solutions to meet business objectives. The role involves managing a defined territory, focusing on healthcare professionals to foster preference for Lilly, its products, and services for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customers across the healthcare system, collaborating with Lilly team members to create tailored engagement strategies and customer-valued solutions.
  2. Utilize data to expand customer knowledge and inform decision-making.
  3. Develop multi-channel engagement plans, including personalized touchpoints and promotions, to impact product awareness and preference.

Qualifications and Experience
  • University Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience in specialty therapeutic areas; experience in multinational pharma preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a successful sales track record.
  • Extensive knowledge of science, therapy areas, products, and competition, recognized by stakeholders as an expert.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency with business tools.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
  • High creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
Additional Role Requirements
  • Primarily field-based role requiring domestic travel, including remote areas.
  • Registered pharmacist with SCFHS.
  • Clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Saudi Nationals only.
