1. Imbibe the product-related features and benefits, including scientific information, to effectively communicate with medical doctors and handle product-related customer queries.
2. Utilize customer-focused selling techniques (CSSP), continually assess customer knowledge, and strategize to maintain high customer confidence and understanding of company products.
3. Maintain current, approved protocols (CSSP) and promotional materials for sales presentations and detailing.
4. Contact customers regularly and deliver informative sales presentations based on their needs.
5. Explore opportunities to develop new business within the assigned therapy area.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently through effective implementation of promotion strategies and scientific initiatives.
7. Keep updated on disease and product knowledge to facilitate scientific discussions with stakeholders and enhance productivity.
8. Conduct product visibility activities and related ancillary activities as per company arrangements.
9. Identify and develop new business avenues for the therapy area and territory.
10. Plan strategically to generate tertiary demand.
11. Execute field activities as per approved tour programs and report data regularly.
12. Follow up on feedback and customer service requirements.
13. Handle special product campaigns and new product launches as per company plans.
14. Cover nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals as per coverage requirements.
15. Assist in collecting receivables in accordance with company policy.
16. Collaborate with team members to organize speakers, displays, programs, and CMEs to meet educational needs.
