Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Commercial Education, the Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement will work in close collaboration with business partners, primarily Therapy Advancement, US Marketing and Sales Leadership Team to ensure optimal delivery of focused education for the Therapy Advancement team, ensuring a competitive advantage of Electrophysiology products/programs in this space. In partnership with US Commercial Marketing, this role will implement Commercial Education strategies to deliver on Electrophysiology’s US commercial objectives and the Therapy Advancement procedure growth initiatives. In addition, you will support the Senior Manager in Sales Training with sales training courses and programs as we continue to elevate commercial excellence of the organization.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
