Job summary

JLL in the United States seeks a Director of Technology Operations to lead the Bank of America account. You will drive service reliability, client success, and proactive issue resolution across IT and BI environments, with a focus on scalable processes and high performance teams.

You will manage security, incident response, onboarding of new systems, and cross‑vendor interfacing, while mentoring staff to deliver outstanding service and measurable results in a complex, multi‑location setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with broad business experience.
• MBA or similar post-graduate studies preferred.
• 5+ years of industry experience in technology operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Bank of America technology compliance including security scanning and disaster recovery testing.
• Incident management for the account and coordination of troubleshooting, support, and service for systems, equipment and networks.
• Manage provisioning and user access reporting; onboard new systems to the account.
• Coordinate interfacing strategies between JLL and client systems; hardware provisioning and support for account associates.
• Coordinate the accounts relationship with the Technology Support Center (software support).
