Quant Trading Fund in New York, NY is seeking a Lead/Director Technology Recruiter to own the end-to-end talent strategy for quantitative researchers, ML engineers, software engineers, and traders. You will drive sourcing, interviewing, and closing of critical roles in a data-driven trading environment.

The ideal candidate brings 9+ years in talent acquisition, proven executive search experience, and a track record of leading global sourcing in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 9+ years in talent acquisition.
• Proven track record in sourcing hard-to-fill technologist roles.
• Strong understanding of quantitative finance and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with executive search is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates for quant researchers, ML engineers, software engineers, traders.
• Lead recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill roles in quantitative finance.
• Advise executive leadership on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
• Develop and implement talent strategies to attract top talent.
