Qualifications

• Experience in executive search and full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience staffing hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates for assigned searches (Quant Researchers, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Traders).
• Lead recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill roles in quantitative finance and AI technologists.
• Advise executives on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee onboarding activities, background checks, and new hire documents.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Drive innovative strategies to attract and engage prospects.
