Qualifications

• Working knowledge of NG911 solutions, networking and call handling.

Responsibilities

• Input into future business strategies and products.
• Help define and maintain NG product line vision.
• Escalation for customer issues regarding support and implementation.
• Implementation planning and oversight.
• Use existing tools to manage workflow and stakeholder relationships.
• Involvement in RFP and SOW processes.
• Work with product teams to identify product innovations.
• Support development of NENA standards and ensure adherence.
• Improve product delivery, dispatch, and management.
• Facilitate risk mitigation at the program level.
• Produce executive level status updates.
• Project oversight and management of strategic customer relationships.
• Assist in hiring and coaching of team members.
• Set goals for performance and deadlines per company plans.
• Ensures adherence to policies and guidelines for team supports.
