Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering management experience.
• 10+ years hands-on telecommunications and network engineering.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
• Deep understanding of IP networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and Next Generation 911 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design engineering roadmaps and drive deployment across MSP, Federal Consulting, and NG9-1-1 lab lines.
• Lead daily engineering operations with focus on resource optimization, milestones, and budget discipline.
• Turn business requirements into engineering roadmaps in collaboration with executives.
• Oversee cybersecurity efforts to harden mission-critical platforms against threats.
• Develop and coach teams, manage performance, and drive talent acquisition.
