Job summary

tms is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management to lead strategic technology initiatives within Corporate Technology. You will manage a portfolio of 10–20 concurrent programs, coordinating with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will establish governance, standards, and dashboards, lead a team of four PMs and analysts, and report program health to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology projects and programs.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum or related certifications.
• Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Experience owning multi-million-dollar program budgets.
• Experience with vendor management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex Corporate Technology programs and projects.
• Partner with leadership on demand intake, portfolio prioritization, and roadmap sequencing.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple workstreams.
