Job summary

Morgan Street Holdings seeks a Director of Technical Program Management to lead strategic technology initiatives in a hybrid Chicago setting. The role oversees a portfolio of large, cross-functional programs with a $30M annual tech spend, reporting to Corporate Technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering required or similar.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 15+ years of leading complex technology programs required.
• Experience with cross-functional technology initiatives and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex Corporate Technology programs and projects.
• Partner with leadership on demand intake, portfolio prioritization, and roadmap sequencing.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple workstreams.
• Own program and project budgets with forecasting and variance reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and delivery strategies.
• Drive execution through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to transition to support.
• Manage cross-functional teams to address risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Facilitate executive decision-making sessions and escalate critical issues to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to standards, architecture principles, cybersecurity requirements, and governance.
