tms in Chicago seeks a Senior Director, Technology Strategy & Portfolio Management to lead enterprise governance, delivery coordination through PMO programs, and technology vendor oversight for disciplined execution across the enterprise technology organization.

This leader reports to the CIO, partners with senior leadership to drive digital transformation, align IT with business objectives, and manage budgets while mentoring PMO and VMO teams to foster excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology management and governance.
• Experience leading enterprise PMO, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Proven ability to align IT initiatives with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology governance and portfolio management for the organization.
• Oversee PMO functions, delivery coordination, and vendor performance.
• Provide executive KPI dashboards and portfolio reporting.
• Mentor PMO/VMO teams and drive continuous improvement.
