Job summary

Rambus seeks an experienced Director of Technical Marketing to bridge customers, ecosystem partners, engineering, PM, and business development for memory interface chips.

You will translate complex requirements into collateral, drive ecosystem enablement, and engage with industry partners on DDR6, MRDIMM, and future memory interfaces, while collaborating across Rambus teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years in semiconductor memory subsystems or related markets.
  • Strong understanding of DDR5/DDR6, RDIMM, MRDIMM, and memory power architectures.
  • Experience translating technical requirements into collateral and messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish PRDs for memory interface chip products across the lifecycle.
  • Create technical collateral (datasheets, white papers, notes, presentations) and leverage AI tools.
  • Lead as primary technical interface to processor vendors and ecosystem partners.
  • Build and maintain a network of ecosystem contacts for roadmaps and qualifications.
  • Prepare technical content for reviews and strategic customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with Applications Engineering to publish interoperability guidance and updates.
