Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience conducting technical accounting research and preparing accounting position papers.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex issues to senior leadership and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting guidance for complex issues (revenue, business combinations, leases).
• Research and document accounting positions; liaise with external auditors.
• Support acquisitions due diligence, opening balance sheets and post-acquisition accounting.
• Assist External Reporting with quarterly and annual SEC filings and related disclosures.
• Participate in monthly close processes and balance sheet reviews.
• Support ad hoc projects and internal initiatives.
