Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting research and positions for new products and transactions.
• Direct month-end close and consolidation for the Vacation Ownership segment.
• Oversee lease accounting, intercompany, tax provisions, and occupancy-related accounting.
• Coordinate external audit activities and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC disclosures (10-Q/10-K) and MD&A sections.
• Manage staff, allocate resources, and collaborate across departments to resolve complex accounting issues.
