Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Sr. Director of Technology Transformation to oversee modernizing the organization's IT landscape, including cloud adoption, security, and telecom/platform modernization.

This leadership role reports to the CIO and directs IT Security and Infrastructure Engineering. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT leadership, deep cloud and security expertise, and a track record of large-scale modernization in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS or Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or ITIL are desirable.
• Experience with cloud migration and telecom infrastructure modernization.
• Strong familiarity with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for technology modernization, including cloud adoption, telecom engineering, and PACS migration.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies and processes.
• Oversee the IT Security Director and ensure security alignment with enterprise goals.
• Strengthen security posture through identity, vulnerability, and incident management.
• Lead modernization of infrastructure and PACS platforms to cloud environments.
• Foster agile practices and cross-functional collaboration on technology strategy.
• Mentor IT Security and Infrastructure Directors to develop leadership skills.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for modernization programs.
