Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Director of IT to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations as the organization scales its clinical research network. This role partners with leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly technology across corporate offices, remote employees, and multi-site sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, proven enterprise IT strategy, and a hands-on, pragmatic leadership style with strong governance, privacy, and risk management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant experience leading enterprise IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience leading IT within a high-growth, healthcare, technology, life sciences, or similarly complex organization.
• Proven experience developing and executing an enterprise IT strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable IT strategy aligned with Iterative Health’s business and growth objectives.
• Establish IT roadmaps, priorities, standards, and operating processes across the organization.
• Serve as a strategic technology advisor to executive and functional leaders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, vendors, contracts, and technology investments.
• Build and mature the IT function from an initial lean team into a scalable organization.
