Job summary

Bilt is seeking a Product Specialist for the Rentals pod, focused on resident rent payment and housing platform excellence. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support to ensure features are thoughtfully designed and maintained through tight feedback loops with residents and multifamily partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a product role—product operations, product analytics, QA, consulting, or similar.
• Deeply obsessive about user experience and product quality, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Represent residents and property manager partners in Rentals pod discussions and decision making.
• Run full product journeys end to end — leasing, onboarding, and monthly rent payment.
• Test new features, enhancements, and partner integrations across environments as the first line of defense for product quality.
• Document, prioritize, and drive bugs and usability issues to resolution in Linear.
• Monitor core product and business metrics tied to adoption, usage, and payment success across Rentals platform.
• Analyze resident and partner behavior to identify trends, edge cases, failure points, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with multifamily operators to understand their business and translate into product feedback.
• Surface downstream implications for internal teams, partners, and residents before and after launch.
• Translate learnings into clear, prioritized recommendations.
• Build and refine AI workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to speed up testing, analysis, and documentation
