Proven ability to drive operational strategy and manage complex programs.
Proven leadership across multiple teams and cross-functional influence.
Strong communication and decision-making in high-risk scenarios.
Experience improving processes, policies, or frameworks at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall execution of IT change management across multiple teams, systems, or business units.
Partner with senior IT and business leadership to align change management with technology strategies.
Oversee governance, quality, and compliance related to change activities.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring metrics and implementing improvements.
Resolve escalations involving competing priorities, dependencies, or risk scenarios.
Guide development of change management standards, frameworks, and tools.
Communicate priorities and outcomes to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Lead, coach, and develop managers and supervisors to build a high-performing change management organization.
