This role focuses on driving adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, and core business systems by creating exceptional employee technology experiences, leading change management efforts, and helping teams embrace new ways of working. Partnering across the organization, this leader will ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value through successful adoption, collaboration, and an employee-first approach.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; and minimum five years related experience leading technology adoption, digital transformation, organizational change, employee experience, or business transformation initiative or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, or similar enterprise platforms.
