Mungo Homes, one of the Southeast's leading homebuilders, is seeking a Director of Technology Experience and Change Management to lead the people side of digital transformation. This role focuses on driving adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, and core business systems by creating exceptional employee technology experiences, leading change management efforts, and helping teams embrace new ways of working. Partnering across the organization, this leader will ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value through successful adoption, collaboration, and an employee-first approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our enterprise technology adoption strategy.
  • Lead organizational change efforts for major technology initiatives.
  • Champion an exceptional employee technology experience across every department.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise technologies.
  • Build training programs, communication strategies, and digital learning experiences that inspire employees to embrace change.
  • Establish a network of Technology Champions across the organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
  • Measure technology adoption, user satisfaction, productivity improvements, and return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify work, eliminate friction, and improve the employee experience.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; and minimum five years related experience leading technology adoption, digital transformation, organizational change, employee experience, or business transformation initiative or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, or similar enterprise platforms.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Preferred: Change Management Certification, PMP, Microsoft certifications, or related credentials.
