Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Talent Practices and Insights to drive enterprise talent strategy across technology, data, analytics, and governance. You will partner with HR leaders to shape requirements, roadmaps, and Workday Talent enhancements, delivering scalable capabilities for CPOs and executives.

Responsibilities include leading governance, analytics ecosystems, and executive-ready reporting while balancing transformation with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Management, HR technology, analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall related work experience.
• 2+ years hands-on with Workday Talent Module, including requirements, testing, and reporting.
• Strong experience in succession planning, talent reviews, performance, and leadership development.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree; master's or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent technology strategy, roadmap, and ownership for Talent Management and Organization Enablement.
• Drive Talent Insights, reporting, data governance, and analytics ecosystem across HR domains.
• Align enterprise talent strategies with external trends and best practices.
• Define requirements, document processes, and guide scalable Workday and adjacent tools.
• Build executive-ready reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Balance operational support with transformation priorities and governance routines.
