CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Talent Practices and Insights in Woonsocket, RI to drive enterprise talent strategy. You will connect talent practices, technology, data, analytics, and external best practices to improve executive talent outcomes and governance across Workday Talent modules and related tools.

You will partner with HR Technology, DDAT, and senior leaders to define roadmaps, requirements, and scalable capabilities, balancing operational support with transformation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR technology, HR analytics, HR transformation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Technology Strategy, Functional Product Ownership and Roadmap; Talent Insights, Reporting Ecosystem and Data Governance.
• Act as primary liaison between Talent Management, Organizational Enablement, DDAT, HR Technology and business stakeholders.
