Based at Propark’s corporate headquarters with hybrid/remote options for United States-based candidates, you will drive talent acquisition, training programs and career development initiatives to help our people grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, talent management and/or organizational development.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• High-volume hourly hiring experience across multiple sites.
• Experience with salaried offer letters and performance reviews.
• Training programs and career development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring across the company and assist on hard-to-fill roles.
• Advise on training ideas and partner with the Business Resources team.
• Coach and grow the team and shape department priorities.
• Facilitate performance reviews and career development programs.
• Use data, automation and AI to streamline workflows.
