Propark Mobility is seeking an Assistant Director, Talent Strategy, Learning & Career Development to lead a team of recruiters and talent specialists in Hartford. This full-time role blends strategic leadership with hands-on program development.

Based at Propark’s corporate headquarters with hybrid/remote options for United States-based candidates, you will drive talent acquisition, training programs and career development initiatives to help our people grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, talent management and/or organizational development.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• High-volume hourly hiring experience across multiple sites.
• Experience with salaried offer letters and performance reviews.

Candidates who live within 50 miles of the Hartford office will work a hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days per week.

Candidates who live further than 50 miles from the Hartford office will work remotely.

We’re looking for an Assistant Director to join our department’s leadership team and be its face in the field. You’ll lead a team of 3-5+ recruiters and talent specialists and be the trusted partner who connects operations leaders with the business and HR systems teams who can bring their ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

• Support hiring across the company. Lead the team that helps hiring managers hire well, step in to assist on hard-to-fill roles, and prepare salaried offer letters.
• Bring training ideas to life. Listen to what operations leaders want, advise on what’s possible, and partner with our Business Resources team until the finished training fits what they pictured.
• Lead and grow your team. Coach your team and help shape department priorities as part of the leadership team.
• Support company growth. Facilitate performance review cycles and career development programs that help our people take their next step.
• Make things simpler. Know our workflows inside and out, and use data, automation and AI to cut manual work.

What You’ll Bring

• UKG Ready Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Creative with collateral design and have a want for things to look aesthetically appealing.
• Confidence presenting and facilitating with any group.
