Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of International People Operations to design scalable people systems and lead talent strategies for rapid growth. You will partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing global workforce, while shaping an organizational culture that supports both personal and professional growth.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record building scalable systems for talent.
- Experience with distributed and remote teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven decision making and analytics experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee People Systems Leadership aligned with growth.
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and capacity planning.
- Establish performance expectations and development pathways.
- Build a consistent Talent Experience and retention strategy.
- Provide Workforce Insights and reporting to guide leadership decisions.
- Partner with external providers to support people operations as needed.
