Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, IO psychology, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR, CCP/CBP, GCCP/GCBP, CEP, CPLP preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in talent management, acquisition, and culture.
• Experience shaping enterprise talent strategies in complex organizations.
• Strong advisory skills to senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the HR Leadership Team and shape enterprise people strategy.
• Partner with executives to align talent with business objectives.
• Lead leadership development, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change efforts.
• Collaborate across centers of excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Provide strategic coaching on capability, workforce planning, and governance.
