Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Manager, Talent & Culture in Austin to lead enterprise talent management, performance, employee experience, and leadership development. You will build scalable people programs and partner with HR Partners and leaders to turn priorities into practical talent strategies using data to boost engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or org development.
• 5+ years in HR with talent management, org development, or culture programming.
• Experience designing performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Experience managing employee engagement surveys and translating results into insights.
• Strong PM, analytical, and program execution capabilities.
• Ability to influence leaders and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential talent identification.
• Develop frameworks to assess performance, potential, readiness, and critical talent.
• Partner with HR Partners to identify talent gaps and succession risks.
• Drive individual development planning and career growth opportunities.
• Lead employee listening strategy and annual engagement surveys.
• Translate feedback into actionable recommendations for leaders and establish action plans.
• Design and execute leadership development programs for various levels.
• Develop scalable processes and dashboards to measure program effectiveness.
