Job summary

Energy Vault is seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead our global talent strategy across the full employee lifecycle. You will guide Talent Management, Employer Branding, Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Internal Mobility while advising executives across the organization.

You will attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class talent to support our growth as a global energy infrastructure company.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or HR.
Experience leading global Talent Acquisition teams in fast-growth environments.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead global Talent Management, Employer Branding, Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Internal Mobility.
Partner with executive leaders on workforce planning, learning & development, and retention strategies.
Develop and execute a companywide learning and development strategy.
Design manager training in coaching, feedback, performance, and inclusion.
