Job summary

Axis for Autism in Phoenix is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting across the organization. You will source, screen, and hire for clinical and operations roles, manage our ATS, and shape our presence at conferences and community events.

You’ll split time between clinics and corporate activities to understand hiring needs from managers. If you have hands-on recruiting leadership, a track record of filling hard-to-hire roles, and a passion for autism services, we’d love to

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building a recruiting function, including setting up an ATS.
• Track record of filling hard-to-hire roles in healthcare or tech markets.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing passive candidates.
• Urgency, initiative and follow-through.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit BCBAs through outreach, referrals, conferences and relationships.
• Hire RBTs, psychometrists, psychologists and operations staff.
• Run phone screens and partner with hiring managers through interviews and offers.
• Build and manage our PayCor ATS: pipelines, source tracking and reporting.
• Plan and staff recruiting events and conferences, including AZABA.
• Work with Marketing on employer brand and clinician content.
• Report weekly to the COO on pipeline, time-to-fill and 90-day retention.
