Job summary

Rockbot is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead a remote, player-coach TA function. You will build playbooks, training, and AI-enabled processes to modernize recruiting and drive high-impact searches across executive leadership and GTM roles.

You'll partner with the VP, People & Talent to scale Recruiting Operations, coach hiring managers, and own the most strategic hires while embedding data-driven practices across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive-search within tech/SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to build Recruiting Ops, dashboards, and metrics.
• Experience integrating AI tooling into recruiting workflows.
