Rockbot seeks a strategic, AI-forward Talent Acquisition leader to build a modern, scalable function that operates with playbooks, dashboards, and defined rhythms. You will coach hiring managers, mentor the team, and run executive searches to elevate recruitment standards.

The role requires strong judgment, deep executive-search experience, and credibility with senior leaders to drive scale across the organization. This fully remote, lean company values accountability, curiosity, and empathy.
