Job summary

• Senior technical and organizational leadership experience in systems engineering, integration, and test across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & organizational leadership to guide SEIT strategy, processes and standards.
• Oversee systems engineering, architecture, integration readiness and test planning across programs.
• Lead requirements, change management, verification/validation, and readiness for product acceptance.
• Drive program execution, governance, risk management and cross-functional coordination.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers during technical reviews, audits and on-site activities.
