Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Director of Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) to lead a multidisciplinary team across systems engineering, integration, and testing activities.

You will set the SEIT strategy, manage requirements, architecture, and verification across programs, and drive readiness for customer acceptance and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 12+ years in complex systems engineering with leadership roles; DoD experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing architecture, verification/validation, and integration across subsystems.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and IPT structures.
• Expertise in MBSE, configuration management, and standard SE processes.
• Experience running major reviews and ensuring contractual/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set SEIT strategy, operating model, workflows, and standards for programs.
• Oversee requirements analysis, decomposition, allocation, and traceability.
• Lead reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) with IPT and CE teams; ensure readiness artifacts meet quality standards.
• Direct development and execution of integration and test plans and acceptance activities.
• Support bid/proposal efforts with requirements validation and SEIT scoping.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders; communicate risks, issues, and mitigations.
