Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Test Director to lead the testing and evaluation of Multi-Engine Fixed-Wing aircraft for simulation and training devices. You will build and execute integration, test and deployment plans to verify requirements prior to customer acceptance.

The role requires SECRET clearance eligibility for TS/SCI, strong communication with military customers, and travel up to 50%. Must be able to lead engineers, manage cost/schedule/tech issues, and work in a high-security environment at

Qualifications

• SECRET security clearance required; must be eligible for TS/SCI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in office and military settings.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers to achieve schedule and performance goals.
• Experience interfacing with customers and end users.
• Military Maintenance Lead or Crew Chief experience with large multi-engine aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing and evaluation of multi-engine fixed-wing aircraft for simulation and maintenance training devices.
• Build, lead and execute integration, test and deployment plans.
• Evaluate program requirements verified and validated prior to customer acceptance.
• Write test plans and document results in formal reports.
• Manage discrepancy resolution and review boards with customer/government reps.
• Monitor testing aspects for cost, schedule and technical issues.
