Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to lead system integration activities and develop test plans for critical national security missions. The role requires coordinating across hardware, software, and firmware, and delivering thorough verification and documentation.

You will work with engineering teams to maintain configurations, capture interfaces, and develop user manuals and procedures while upholding security clearances and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret Clearance to start.
• Experience supporting systems engineering, system integration, or technical test activities for complex hardware/software systems.
• Experience developing and managing integration plans, test plans, test procedures, and verification activities.
• Ability to coordinate technical work across software, hardware, firmware, and other engineering disciplines.
• Experience documenting system architecture, interfaces, configurations, requirements, and test results.
• Experience tracking technical issues, integration dependencies, risks, and corrective actions through resolution.
• Strong technical writing skills with experience developing clear engineering and operational documentation.
• Ability to translate engineering information into user manuals, operating procedures, installation guides, or training materials.
• Familiarity with requirements management, configuration management, and verification/validation processes.
