Job summary

goodr is seeking a Director of Systems Engineering to architect the company’s digital universe and scale critical systems across NetSuite, Boomi, OMS, and Shopify. You will balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution to support growth and security.

You’ll lead a team in a hybrid Inglewood-area role, collaborating with executives to align technology with business goals and to drive continuous improvement in systems operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Systems, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience owning Systems strategy and business systems in a growing organization (150+ employees).
• Proven depth in systems administration, databases, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a culture carrier by demonstrating company values and professionalism.
• Architect and oversee the digital systems landscape, including ERP and middleware.
• Manage and scale key tools to ensure data orchestration, workflow automation, and integration across NetSuite, Boomi, OMS, and Shopify ecosystems.
• Oversee availability, performance, capacity, and security of systems infrastructure.
