Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer to optimize NetSuite and financial systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

This onsite role in Fremont requires 8+ years of NetSuite development and strong SuiteScript expertise to lead architecture and integrations. You will design scalable solutions across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain, with emphasis on performance, governance, and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of NetSuite development and architecture.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Strong IT controls knowledge for SOX compliance.
• SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder mastery.
• Web tech: JavaScript, JSON, XML; HTML/CSS for templates.
• Relational databases and SuiteQL experience.
• NetSuite ERP/CRM/OneWorld understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable NetSuite solutions across finance, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing.
• Drive automation, AI, reporting, system enhancements, and third-party integrations.
• Optimize integrations, workflows, and scripts for performance and UX.
• Develop and deploy SuiteScript 2.x customizations and REST API integrations.
• Perform system audits and optimize script performance and governance.
• Provide NetSuite technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, and mentoring.
