Job summary

Highspring seeks an accomplished NetSuite Architect/Director to shape the NetSuite practice and drive strategic client engagements. You will lead senior teams, expand existing accounts, pursue new opportunities, and deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimizations.

You will mentor staff, present to executives, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full lifecycle NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
• Hands-on with Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash, Inventory, GL, and related modules.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
• Proven track record generating $1M+ revenue annually.
• Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a leadership role to shape the strategic direction of the NetSuite practice.
• Drive business development by expanding and growing accounts and pursuing new opportunities.
• Manage NetSuite projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support.
• Design and implement creative business solutions to improve methodologies.
• Lead workshops and serve as primary liaison to clients and stakeholders.
• Create and deliver presentations on approach, milestones, and results.
