CoreHire is seeking a Director of Surgical Services in Hopewell, VA. The role oversees perioperative operations, including OR, SPD, Pre/Post, PACU and Endoscopy, with 24/7 accountability for performance and patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold a BSN with RN licensure in Virginia (or compact state) and have at least 3 years of leadership experience in Surgical Services. CNOR and CSSM certifications are preferred; the position offers a competitive salary and a 15% director bonus.

Competenze

• 3 years of leadership experience in Surgical Services (Manager or Director level)
• BSN required and RN license in Virginia or compact state
• Preferred CNOR and CSSM certifications
