Job summary

The role partners with the Senior Director to set clinical and operational goals and leads multidisciplinary committees to meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities include optimizing case volumes, budgeting, staffing, and implementing new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in progressive surgical services leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all surgical services operations, scheduling, staffing, and resource use to optimize patient flow.
• Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and technologists to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Develop policies, budgets, and strategic plans to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Lead staff recruitment, development, and performance management across the department.
